• Local Authority Capacity Building Programme

  BeEnvironmental were responsible for a specific project within this programme, to review local authority performance in relation to flytipping enforcement, and develop a system of benchmarking, with specific performance indicators, to allow comparisons to be made and appropriate support provided. BeEnvironmental were also required to develop a training framework to provide structure for the next stage of work required within the programme
